what should i wear to go to the moulin rouge

I%26#39;m off to Paris next weekend and going to the 9pm show at the Moulin Rouge , what is the dress code if any .Is it fairly casual

There were some people very well dressed and many others just nicely dressed. We were touring and I only had my nicer black jeans and a pretty top and I didn%26#39;t feel out of sorts at all. My husband wore pants and a shirt.

Hello. How did you buy your tickets for Moulin Rouge? Did you go to their website? We are planning to see it on April 2009, and I would like to get some info regarding buying tickets before we leave the States. Thanks.

Thanks for all your suggestions:) my husband might appreciate the tassels but i might frighten the other guests so i%26#39;ll stick to smart but casual :)
