Montparnasse at night, Canal St Martin, Nissim Camondo

Just a quick note!!

I just returned today from 5 nights in Paris (my 6th visit) and am already depressed but on a better note out of many great recommendations I just want to say that our real high lights were

3. Musee Nissim Camondo went there to get museum pass and found it to be a real gem with great English audio guide.

2. Tour Montparnaasse. View at night was awesome and an added bonus seeing the Eiffel tower in blue (still 5 days left i here) I recommend this trip to even 1st time visitors no queues and super fast lift (34 seconds)

1. Canal St Martin (Canauxrama canal Cruise). This is a must on a sunny day the canal is littered with people on the bridges and banks chilling eating etc all the way up to the amazing park de la villette which was jumping with locals with their children (sunday) and you get to see the geode! This was the jewel in the crown of a great 6 days!!

Planning next trip already :D

I enjoyed the canal cruise, too, but on our last trip we took the metro up to the area where the cruise begins and spent the late morning and early afternoon just walking back to the 6th along the canal. It was nice to walk over rather than sail underneath, some of those bridges.

Musee Nissim de Camondo and Jacquemart Andre are both great - lots of history and great art collection (better at Jacuemart Andre IMO with the Italians).

Tour Montparnasse has great views and so has bar at Concorde Lafayette at Porte Maillot.

Canal Saint Martin... I like it from the ground. Did not care for cruise.

So many people and so many different opinions!

Get working on your 7th visit!
