CDG questions

Hi --

I will be traveling to Belgium then to Paris returning home through CDG. After looking at the Airport website it looks like we will fly out of Terminal 2F. Maybe a silly question but if we take the RER-B to Terminal 2 - do we just check our luggage there?? At the gate?? I have also wondered if you need to pay for luggage? Someone mentioned you don%26#39;t have to for international flights? Thanks

The terminal you fly from should be on your

ticket or ask the airline you%26#39;re on.

Whether or not you pay extra for luggage seems

to me to be up to your airline also...

It would be a better idea to check your actual airline confirmation for arrival and departure terminals. Then, double check just ahead of your trip, as they can change.

If you are arriving via RER, just follow the signs to the appropriate terminal, where you check in with your airline and check bags.

As mentioned, check your airline%26#39;s web site with regard to charges for bags.

When you arrive at the CDG2 RER station you and your baggage will have to make your way the short distance to your inter-connected, CDG #2-F departure terminal and go through the process of checking-in with your outbound airline and checking your baggage with them at the check-in counter. Whatever the checked baggage allowances are and any fees or charges for any overages will depend entirely on your outbound airline%26#39;s baggage policies. As noted, check with your airline DIRECTLY for their international flight checked and cary-on baggage allowances, limitations and charges.
