According to the website %26quot;The train station is located one kilometre away.%26quot;

That might be a short taxi ride or a walk, depending on baggage. The city buses appear to operate %26#39;on demand%26#39; and the only information I can find is here

but I am sure a more recent visitor can make another suggestion.

You will find the answer to this and many other questions in the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum posting page.

The bus from the station terminates at St. Josephs gate, and it%26#39;s just a few minutes walk from there to Hotel Sainte Rose. Ask the guard at the gate or the bus driver for directions. I will be working as a volunteer at the Grotto first week September so come and say Hi.

To get from St Joseph%26#39;s Gate to the Ste Rose, follow the red wheelchair route away from the sanctuaries. When the route turns left by the New Orleans Cafe, turn left towards the Cintra Cafe. This will bring you to the back entrance of the Ste Rose. Take the lift from here to reception.

You can see a map of the bus routes here. Your hotel is near the shrine bus stop
