Avignon, Rhone River trip

Does anyone have experience with a tour/short trip on the Rhone River from Avignon?

fyi we recently did a 13 day trip through Avalon cruises from Paris to Nice ( reverse of your enquiry). The river cruise, ports of call, ships cabin, staff service etc were all of a good standard. However if you, as we did, anticipate excellent french cuisene on board think again. Our chefs were from eastern europe %26amp; food was very disappointing. Absolutely no french dishes served during approx 10 days on board ship.
