st raphael to st tropez / cannes

Hi

I am cruising in the next few weeks and docking at st raphael on a sunday.

Have heard stories that not much may be open in st raphael.

How easy is it to get to either St tropez or cannes for a few hours via public transport (dont want to miss my boat and it is a sunday so not sure what transport is available)

Any tips greatly received!!

Much is closed on Sundays in France no matter where you go.

Cannes is available by train:

St. Tropez is available by either bus or boat (there is no train service):

You%26#39;re probably cruising in on Ocean Village%26#39;s %26quot;Villas %26amp; Vino Med%26quot;.

If so, I%26#39;m pretty sure the cruise line offers a few organized visits to Monte Carlo, but also to St Tropez, some hiking around Cap Dramont and possibly helicopter rides over Cannes%26#39; coastline (their offerings may vary).

But St Raphael won%26#39;t be asleep on a Sunday in September (unless it%26#39;s raining! :). Many restaurants will be open on Sunday and the beach-side promenade will still be vibrant and alive in September.

Sunday is market day too, and you%26#39;ll have fun going through the %26quot;marché du haut%26quot;.
