i heard that u can buy your versaille palace ticket in the versaille tourist office in the town center before you go to the palace which if true would be great,could any one help me

Do a search here on the forum page for Versailles tickets. There are several threads with information on buying a combination ticket that provides both transportation and entry.

Buy a admission and train ticket combo..
It is called a Forfait Loisirs Versailles. You can get it at any metro or RER station ticket office. It allows you to skip line and gives you admittance to everything, but tram is extra..
