Question on cell phone calling within France?

I have a AT%26amp;T cell phone that I have activated for use in Europe.

When making a call within France do I just dial the local number or what?

When calling back to the US do I dial 001-Area code -number?

When calling within France, dial all 10 digits beginning with %26quot;0%26quot;.

For calls to the North American from within France, dial 001 - area code - exchange number. For example, 001-303-123-4567.

Thank you very much.

We are off for 3 weeks in France tomorrow morning/
