You can organise this through restaurant reservations on +33 (0) 1 60 30 40 50.
You add it onto a meal at places such as Cafe Mickey or you can do it as part of the afternoon tea at Plaza Gardens. I am sure the cake is about 12-15 euros.

The best place to have it is in Cafe Mickey in the Disney Village in the afternoon. A lot of characters show up and spend time at every table and when a cake is brought out, music is played and the cast members and characters gather round the table and clap hands, dance, etc. You could also have it during the sweet buffet tea party in plaza gardens restaurant in Disney park. This is cheaper but the cake price remains the same and less characters appear here and don%26#39;t stay as long.

Also, the cafe Mickey birthday can be booked along with the afternoon lunch or evening dinner whereas the birthday cake can only be booked in the evening, i think, in the plaza gardens. This can be booked at your hotel reception, at the actual restaurants, or at City hall. It is probably easiest to book at your hotel, as i have done this before at both Santa Fe and Cafe Mickey. A reservation is necessary.
