Gite/house for family of 12 in Brittany - any recommendation

Hello

We are looking to go to Brittany next August as a family of 12 and have been searching for a self catering house with plenty of outdoor space for the kids and the right configuration of 6 bedrooms plus a good number of bathrooms. We%26#39;ve found a few but not many. Anyone out there recommend a place they%26#39;ve stayed at to suit ? We%26#39;d rather be near to the Brittany / Normandy border to give us more ferry options, say sailing into St Malo and staying within 20-30 mins of a beach.
