Nightlife in Paris

Is Paris known for quality nightlife/clubbing that exists in Berlin or London? If so, what are some clubs/bars that attract the young and trendy? Just wanted to ask since I%26#39;ll be spending a couple months in Paris. I%26#39;ve been to the clubs in London and most of them are great and have very energetic settings. Don%26#39;t think of this as another Paris vs. London article.

I like to browse the bars and pubs deep within the Quartier Latin. Take the metro to St. Michel or Odeon and walk around until you something interesting.

For general ideas, search for %26quot;Boites Paris 750XX%26quot; where XX is the arrondissement. Ex. 75006 = 6th arrondissement. You can also check listings in guidebooks such as Let%26#39;s Go.
