Hammam -Mosque de Paris

Hi all,

Setting off for Paris in 1 weeks time with my sister, and would like to take her to the Hammam..

It is years since I have been (Probably over 15) so I am after a bit of up-to-date info..

Do they still rent/lend out towels or do we bring our own?

Which day/time is it best to go (I prefer a quieter time but will only be able to go Friday or Saturday...)

Anything else worth knowing?

Thanks for any comments and/or info!

Tina

Hi,

Thanks for your post.

I did google the Hammam before posting the post above, but there were so many conflicting messages -and many from more than 5 years ago.

I therefore thought it better to post the above to get fresh and up to date information from a traveller who had visited recently.

Therefore: if any recent visitors have any information, please do let me know.

Thanks again,

Tina

Tina--try the search feature at the top of this page. Several things from 2008 come up, some or all of which might be helpful.
