My husband and I will be staying in Paris in September for 5 nights. We have been researching hotels in the Latin Quarter and have been contemplating staying at the Hotel Minerve. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this hotel.

There are a lot of TA reviews on the hotel, if you haven%26#39;t checked there.

Thank you travelnutty. I was hoping for a more current review - possibly within the last 3 months. In your opinion, which would be the better hotel to stay in the Minerve or the Abbitial. They both are located in good areas. By the way, I have read quite a few of your posts and they have been very helpful.

We stayed at the delightful Minerve Hotel for eight nights in July. Our room was small, but very charming, and a large clean bath. Pretty Stenciling on the walls.
Most of all, the hotel%26#39;s receptionists went out of their way to tell you of the closest bus lines and metros. (Which are about only two to three blocks.
A very safe area. It took us ten minutes to walk to the Notre Dame. We loved it! And the price was right!
I checked for days and found this one to be very reasonable and the best location. Try it.
