Cheap hostel for Americans

Hello!

My boyfriend and I are visiting Paris for a weekend in January and are looking for cheap Hostel accommodation near all the touristy sites! (We know nothing about which areas are good to stay in)

My boyfriend speaks a little french, but not much, so we need a hostel that caters to Internationals (able to speak English).

I was looking into Oops Hostel, Perfect Hotel and Hostel, Hotel Garden, Boissierre, Village Hostel...

They all have good reviews, I just need to know which have the best location to get around easily. Is there a metrocard for tourists? (just 3 days in the city)

Thank you for any help!

I don%26#39;t do hostels either , but someone posted that her son was going to stay in this one and it looked very modern and nice- can%26#39;t seem to find the original post or any follow up though- anyone heard of it?

You need to get a guide book so you can tell which areas most interest you and which %26quot;touristy sites%26quot; you%26#39;ll want to see.

Rough Guide will probably list some hostels which will give you a place to start.
