Eurostar problem - needing to overnight in Paris (yay!)

I had originally booked Eurostar London to Paris early morning 26 September to arrive in Paris and then take RER to CDG in time for afternoon flight out.

Now been advised by Eurostar to find another way of getting to Paris as they can%26#39;t guarantee train trip (great!! - although a night in Paris is a bit of a bonus)

I%26#39;ve booked the Dover/Calais ferry for 25 Sept and now need to overnight in Paris before flying out on 26 Sept.

I%26#39;ve been madly searching for a hotel really close to the RER line so I don%26#39;t have to use the metro at all either getting into Paris from Calais or going out to CDG in the morning as I%26#39;m travelling with a friend who has difficulty with luggage and stairs. Unfortunately I can%26#39;t find anything, however I%26#39;m hoping someone can come up with a great suggestion or two? Anything under EUR 120.00 per night - thanks in advance.
